An Ode To My Tent Stake
Dear Tent Stake:
Some people might think you are boring. A one trick pony. Sure, you keep my tent held securely, but what else can you do? Everything else in my bikepacking kit pulls double duty, but what about you? I'm strongly considering leaving you out of my kit all together.
Signed - a disgruntled bikepacker who blames the weight of my kit on being so slow.
As it happens, tent stakes are actually quite versatile items, at least for those who are willing to be a bit creative! Aside from being an essential piece of kit for your shelter, we've got a handy list of some great uses for your stakes.
